in a way, describes e attitude of certain organisations?

singing their praises to others is good. in fact, they take it upon themselves to take e lead & sing their own praises to e rest of e world *cringe*

whereas any comment or remark or even statement of fact that can be taken in a negative light by them, should be whispered discreetly through 'proper channels', if mentioned at all. open criticism is suicidal?
