silly me made 'YPD-kosong' for growing yeast....forgot to add sugar (glucose) to 2%(w/v) after autoclaving --> A600 = 0.084 after 16h 30'C 210rpm incubation *piang*

& for some reason, over e past 2 days, KFC coleslaw has been popping up in my mind every now & then while working at my bench....
