A little whirlpool just off the centre:
Traffic jam as smaller vehicles like cars & taxis had to turn back, only to find their paths blocked in both directions by cement mixers & trucks. A low-floored SMRT bendy bus had no option but to plow straight through - impossible for it to turn! Wondered how much water flooded into the bus.
